"Hey Doc, I wanted to ask you a couple of questions but first I want to thank you for everything. I couldn't even run for 10 minutes without stopping in April. I've lost over 100lbs this year, just finished my first half-marathon this morning thanks to your guidance and training. I couldn't have made this massive change in my life without your help, you may or may not have the slightest idea of the impact your work is making but I can at least say for myself that you've made a huge one on me."
